Common FAQs when issuing an e-Invoice
1. Is it possible to modify an e-Invoice once it has been submitted?
Ans: Yes, but only within 72-hours from the time of validation. If any error is found, both parties
(Buyer & Seller) can initiate changes. However, after the 72-hour period, any correction must be made through a new e-Invoice (Debit Note, Credit Note, and Refund Note)
2. What is the process to verify the authenticity of an e-Invoice issued by the LHDN?
Ans: e-Invoice from LHDN will contain a unique identifier number , date and
time of validation, a verification link, and a QR code.
