If a company is giving gift voucher and hamper to an existing customer, can the company claim tax deduction?

Yes, it is 50% deductible as per Paragraph 39(1)(l) of the Income Tax Act 1967.

If a company is paying monthly parking fee for staff, can the company claim tax deduction?

If it is stated in the employment contract that the company is obliged to pay the monthly parking fee for staff, then yes, the company can claim the expense for tax deduction.
