The deadline for submission of Form E & Form EA is just right around the corner. However, many people are still confused with what to
report, and if they should file Form E & Form EA.
Assume company A has a Form E account, but Company A did not hire any employee last year, is it still obligatory for Company A to submit Form E?
According to Malaysian Law, starting from 2016, it is compulsory for all firms (Sdn Bhd) to submit Form E, whether they have employees or not. Supposed Form E is not submitted within the prescribed time limit, there may be a fine of between RM200 and RM20,000, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
Form E Submission Deadline:
Deadline submission via postal delivery is before 31st March 2022
Deadline submission via e-filling is before 30th April 2022
