What is Form E?
Form E is defined as a declaration report produced by firms to notify the LHDN on their employees’ salary information. This report clearly records details such as the number of employees, the list of employee’s income, etc.
According to Malaysian Law, it is mandatory for all employers to submit Form E to the LHDN (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia)
Form E Submission Deadline:
Deadline submission via postal delivery is before 31st March 2022
Deadline submission via e-filling is before 30th April 2022
Warning: Supposed Form E is not submitted within the prescribed time limit, you may be imposed a fine of between RM200 and RM20,000, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
