Medicines for diabetes are not eligible to be claimed under tax relief for medical expenses for serious disease, but medicines for pulmonary hypertension are eligible.

Is the purchase of bicycle equipment such as helmet, knee pad, wheel considered as sports equipment for claiming lifestyle relief?

Yes, cycling is a sports activity, so the bicycle equipment is considered as sports equipment thus eligible for claiming lifestyle relief.
